I am a 67 year old retired Ironworker welder I have been grilling,smoking,BBqing for the past 48 years.I have built a lot of different pits and enjoyed using every one of them.I am now building my last one.I have been working on it for about a year.I have been watching this forum for a while and decided it was time to join.I look forward to sharing with the members of this forum some of the things I have learned of the last half century and learning some of new things.I believe you can learn something new about smoking,grilling and BBQ everyday.
