• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

There is a new BBQ Forum in the UK. (That is England for you New Yorkers. It is in "the rest of the world, outside New York:eek: ) It seems to be sponsored by a CookShack dealer. I'll try and enlighten them! Promises to be a slow go at first!

Make us proud! I hear they need a lot of help with food over there.

Before you go stepping on your weenie you should know that those folks won the Jack Daniel's cookoffin 2004. In 2002 they traveled to Tennessee to attend one of my classes.

Now, who is gonna enlighten who?

I agree with Ray...the last time I was in London I had some pretty good eats. I even had BBQ in an "American" style place in London...it was done well...of course I'd been overseas for almost 7 years at the time...but it was still good.

Ouch! I meant enlighten them about being boorish Americans! But you are correct Ray, there is always the possibility that I could step on my weenie!:icon_smil

There's good BBQ cooks everywhere!

And the internet sure has a lot to do with it. And the books and the videos and the way people travel the world. It's a good thing.

I wish stepping on my weenie was a problem I had to worry about.

Damn, so that is not why you are called Big Mista?

I don't understand why 'we' need a local BBQ forum, why don't the Brits just invade a US one that has a decent active membership!
