• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Courtesy of TXhoosiers (aka Matt) I was provided with a calibration of my New Braunfels' temperature gauge. The results are as follows:
Reference Standard Dial
202.185 190
250.639 249

Pretty good. I clean off the contact (into the chamber) with an SOS pad before each burn.

I don't understand the post. What exactly did he do?

I dunno, but there's some suspicious looking stuff oozing down the door there by the thermometer......

The post does do what I intended. Needs to be in table format. Basically, when the dial read 190 degrees it wa really 202 degress or when the dial read 249 it was really 250 and change. Meaning the guage was pretty accurate. The oozing is from behind the label.
