Had my first smoke on the new pit Thursday. Everything went well, I did overcook the ribs a tad. Ribs were done a little after 4 hours at 300. Smoked ribs with hickory, chickens with cherry. I brined the chickens and they were super juicy. Besides a few 3rd degree burns it was a pretty smooth smoke. Will be firing her up today too.
