I am so new(newer than a batch of green bacon) to smoking that I made a wonderful batch of salt pork. I went online and reasearced on how to make bacon and got tons of information but realized after I somked it I forgot the sugar in the cure:redface:. I am now trying to figure out what to do with it and try making bacon again starting this weekend. Any help or advice on wet vs dry or cure recipes would be helpful. Oh when I fried it the taste is pretty good.
