• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

So do they have those back in stock now? I looked at one a while back and it seems like a nice cooker. I couldn't pull the trigger though because I was spending my money on WSM's for comps. That, and if my wife sees one more cooker on the patio I'll be sleeping out there.
Be sure to let us kow your impressions of how it's made and how well it works.

I checked out their website....good lookin' cooker! Congrats!

Brother, if I had half the toys you have on your list my wife would be slapping me silly for wanting more, I would enjoy the slapping but thats another thread8-)
Congrats Bro, I may have to make a road trip one of these days and sample some of your Q.

Congrats on the new BB Chef. I have one that is about 2 1/2 yrs old and I had to add the mods. The new ones have the mods but I did notice that the baffle is a little short and you might want to extend it, also go over to Home Depot and get the corrugated steel and you will be able to bend it into a 3 sided charcoal basket. The sides of the firebox will act as the sides to your basket and the bend near the butterfly will keep the coals far enough away to give real good air flow. Good luck and if you need any advice on the cooker let me know.
