• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well I am too proud and excited so here is a preliminary photo I will see if I can get this picture to work.

Picture too large???

As you can see the doors were not completed when this was taken yesterday!

Proud Parents: Bellybro and Belly Brother II and Proud Uncle Solidkick!

Sweet rig. Chrome is a great touch. Post some pics of it with meat this weekend....and anything compromising you get of Mr. Kick

Looks like a big acetalene tank on the front of it near the hitch

Is that thing gas?

The gate valves with the chrome Y's really looks great
Have you named it yet?

Bite your tongue! No gas allowed!
That is a tank in the background, kinda does look like it is part of it though doesn't it?

I'm not going to steal the Belly Brothers' thunder on this, but I will say that there was a learning curve that had
me up most of Friday night running different scenerios in my head, and then a phone call to the Grand Poobahmeister
to confirm our collective thoughts. She (the smoker) is one sweet, spoiled ass lady that wants things her way for sure.
But once we figured out what she required from us, then she did her job to the ultimate. We ended up being able to
get a good 3 hour burn without dropping but 1 or 2 degrees with a lit chimney loaded on top of a half chimney Minion style.
Once one of the Brothers puts up some pics and explains her design and make up, you'll understand better about
the learning curve.

She's one sweet smoker, for sure. The Brothers did good!

And then a phone call to the Grand Poobahmeister
to confirm our collective thoughts. Thanks Grand PooBah for the Long Distance help.
Like Kick said "She is sweet" We will soon have some pictures up for you guys and gals
as soon as we get BellyBro's shorts put out. We now know you have to fill the water pan "ALL THE WAY"
she likes to be full and she likes a lot of meat in her. Boy this isn't turning out rite. Did I say that?

A success!

Well we had a very successful weekend breaking in the new smoker!

We cooked the following;
5 fatties
2 bologna
1 stuffed loin
2 whole chickens
10 thighs
2 pork butts
1 turkey
1 deer roast
7 slabs of Ribs
4 Italian sausage
2 Brisket
And a partridge in a pear tree.

Here is another picture! I think!
