• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Need some good ideas for my GOSM

OK, I got a good buddy that's finally moving back here. Gotta make him a great welcome home dinner. I've been using my GOSM for a while with some success. I need to hear about some procedures for smoking from other GOSM users. So far I've figured out that pellets don't seem to work too well with this smoker. I've also found hot and cold zones in the smoker and know where to put my foods when I need different temps.
