• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Hey,

Just joined and pumped to be here. I am a brewer by profession but my second passion is smoking meat. Looking to get more serious about my hobby...not looking to go pro or anything, but want to get better!

Welcome to the Brethren.

I was just out in San Diego earlier this year. If you miss some Texas style bbq, I suggest Grand Ole Bbq y Asado in the North Park area of SD. It is BYOB and it is right next door to Thorn Street Brewery and a few blocks away from Modern Times Brewery. The line starts about 5:30pm they open for dinner at 6:00PM

Welcome, come on in, take your shoes off and sit a spell.
