• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

In a few weeks (about three:icon_clown ) I'll be picking up our new to us smoker. Its an offset made from a propane tank and a woodstove as the fire box mounted on a trailer. Its about the size of a Lang 60. I know I have to name it and I'm looking to the brethren for some suggestions. What say ye?

Oh, and here's a link to some pictures of it:

Because it is a smoker with a wood stove for a fire box I wouldd name it after the old cartoon character Smokey Stover.

Kinda looks like a cross between a torpedo and a submarine...with a pig rider...call it a "sub-mariner pig pit bbq" LOL!

Will have the same problem in a week after the reverse flow is complete.

I love the all black look.
Call it Darth Pit or Darth Smoker!

I don't have a pull behind and I don't trailer much with my truck but shouldn't the weight of the smoker be a little more centered on the trailer?

Looks bada$$ all black, like something outta Mad Max.

How about Master Blaster, from the much maligned Beyond Thunderdome sequel? Remember what Master Blaster says? "Not pig chit, ENERGY"

First choice: Frank Sinatra. That way, you can say things like "I put the brisket into Frank Sinatra" and "Fire up the Chairman of the Board!"
Or, a personal fave - Uncle Bob. "I'll be dragging Uncle Bob to the competition.." Works even better if you don't have an Uncle Bob.
