My chinese made bandera is 1 year old this week which means I am one year away from being a gasser and being a charcoal and stick guy.

My wife is not happy that I dont use my $300 Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain propane smoker anymore. But the que is better.

I think you should celebrate and fill that smoker plum full of all kinds if meat and give me your address and I will come down and visit you and help you get rid of all that stuff.LOL

There's nothing wrong with that gasser but it just not the same.

It has buckboard brisket, a true corned beef brisket, a lilly recipe injected butt and will soon have some pork loin ribs.

I've done everything you can do with a gasser. I some unbelieveable Korean flank steak, and Hawaiian style chicken recipies. But that smoke ring has got me hooked.
