Once my ribs are on I don't do squat to them. No mop, no foil, no nothing. Just let them cook.I didn't know if the spares would be enough for everyone, so I added the baby-backs. Not feeling like doing the 3-2-1 method, just dunking in apple juice. Do you think that will be a problem???
Just shipped out another load of meat and beans. Now I have two brisket...:shock:FLATS???:shock: on the cooker.:shock: What the heck is this thing????
