• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

They look great, since they are so lean how did they come out? What temps and how long was the cook?

I've cooked buffalo before, so I am also curious. It's definitely a lean meat.

She applied a dry rub and started them over charcoal and apple with indirect heat to get a bit of smoke - about 30 minutes at 250-300. Then covered with foil and cooked for about 2.5 hours at 200-225. Finished them with an OJ based glaze over direct heat - about 30 minutes.

They were really fun. Extremely tender but with a bit of crust and the flavor was exceptional. I would eat these again anytime!

I am indeed a lucky man. I am living proof that great women are really desperate since she has been by my side for over 25 years. Did I mention that in addition to being a mid-level executive with a giant sports wear firm she is also a part-time bra model?
