• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Well, it's in the books and Mrs Auzzie said OMG.

This will be a semi regular from now on.

1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup/steak sauce
a liberal dose of garlic powder

glaze was ketchup and steak sauce

I think the next time I'll saute the pepper and onion.

On the drum at 310° and pulled when it hit 165°.

Once you've had smoked meatloaf, you'll never cook one in the oven again. At least, that's what my friends think. That one looked really good. :clap2:

Looks like a great first meatloaf. And the best part is now you get to have meatloaf sandwiches! :thumb:

Smoked meatloaf is one of my favorites. Yours looks outstanding Matt! Way to go!!

Looks good! I usually saute the veggies if I have time...also, a little celery is good IMHO, and a touch of worcestershire.
