Weber Performer Premium Copper still in the box $200. Unfortunately, the lid has a ding in it that I didn't notice till I put the handle on. Does Weber sell touch up paint?

Call weber and tell them. They may send you a new lid or let you know where to get the paint.

Great deal even with the ding!
It's not paint its a porceloin coating.
That being said I've used some high temperature automotive paint ( comes in colors to touch up a couple Weber rebuilds

Guys have tried to paint their grills and it either didn't last or didn't match the rest of the grill, i would call Weber and try to register it and see if they will send you a new lid or buy one. If all else fails put some cooking oil on it and fire up the grill the oil will keep it from rusting.
