I'm kind of sorry I don't still reside in San Antonio. I had a nice big yard - no grass to speek of, but a big yard. Neighbors on one side had regular LOUD gigs (firefighters) and the other neighbors had a big family and like to eat...invite them an no problems. Across the back fence -- well, it would work out one way or another.

Sorry guys. It would have been interesting...send the wife and kids out of town....who knows how it would have gone!!
