I got a thing for ABT's. Everyone loves them and I enjoy making them. Heres my system! I'm a "boat" type of stuffer, I cut them lengthwise and have a top with a good base for stuffing. Only the highest quality coupon clipped ingredients!!
A sliver of smoked Pepperjack
Sprinkle of Mexican cheese blend
Layer of Cream cheese, rolled in cheese blend and a dab of cream cheese on the top to hold it together
Wrapped in Bacon repeat 30 times!
I tried a few with some Buck Board Bacon just for the heck of it!
A couple Fatties. Chorizo/Roasted Jalapeno and a Red & Yellow roasted Bell peppers w/ smoked Cheddar!
Crammed into the Big Green Egg at 250*
