I cook in a pan some times with lots of holes punched in bottom. I did not use the water pan just let it drip. Sure smelled good. The Cuban chicken is with mojo marinade.My daughter loves it! So every time fire up the smoker I HAVE to cook some chicken as well.:wink:

I agree. Good lookin food. I still haven't tried fish yet either. On my to-do list though.
