Okay here's my 3rd cook...
13+ lbs of pork butt cooked low and slow. Rubbed down and on the smoke at 195 degrees for 10 hrs, pulled off at 165 degrees, wrapped and put back on the grill at 225 for 8 1/2 hrs and rested for an hour and half.
For my first butt I thought it came out great, everyone loved it. Nice bark and smoke ring. Just fell apart and moist.
