• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Yesterday was a bad day for me. I was suppose to go to the So Cal Bash but my daughter woke up with a fever so i wasnt able to go.
Then to top it off, Bama put a whoopin on my my SC boys... what else can go wrong :doh:lol...

Hopefully today will be better with my 1st hog on my Shirley....

I got a 60# and injected her with some Chris Lillys...

My buddy asked if i had room, i said sure. So i took him down to get a pig. He crams it into his ice chest. I went to get it ,tried to strech him out and lay him properly. He was stiff as chit. I got tired of assin around with it and said fark it hes goin in on his side... Ol well !!!

The extra grate tracks that i had Paul put on has already came in handy. I had him put a set of tracks center in the cooker...

My target temp is between 275-325°. Shes cruising along at 290° right now. Shes been on since 7:20.

Hopefully i have better luck today with Mr.Piggy (kids named her) then my luck yesterday...

now that's what I'm talking about would love to have a rig like that I'm sure its going to be a great cook and day!

That's looks awesome there Bo. One pig would have been epic for me put putting two in there. Looks like you got some room for a few more butts and briskets.

Yes , i hope the end result is good.
Mine on top is 60# and 50# on bottom.
$2.66lb fresh pig killed on the spot.
