So of course I needed to make a mushroom sauce to go on burgers for dinner.

Burger: Smashburger, Q-Salt, Onion Jack Cheese, Blue Oyster Mushroom sauce… OMG

Corn: Soaked in husk and grilled on the Shirley SM Fire Pit

Yes, it was every bit as good as it looks, maybe better.

Wow! It's hard to make a burger impressive. But that right there is impressive!

What all went into the mushroom sauce?

It was super easy and so tasty.

Diced up the mushrooms and tossed in a pot with 1 pint of heavy cream, 1/2 cup beef broth, 1 tablespoon of sugar and lots of Q-salt.

Let cook on low for an hour or so. Thickened with a bit of flour at the end.
