Just got back from the MS Gulf Coast. I went to a place out side of Biloxi in Ocean Springs, MS. It was called The Shed. It is a 2x4 and corrugated steel shed. Looks to be added onto over the years. I got the chopped beef sami. It looked more like pulled brisket. Meat was tender, and piled high on the bun (1/4 or 1/2lb sandwich). Ask for sauce on the side (too much for me). I also got a pound of the beef to go. It had a better meat/sauce ratio. This place has received a few national awards, and their sauce is ranked in the top 50 in the country. I will go back even though it was a good hour round trip from where we stay in Gulfport.
