Very nice seafood. A bit pricey, but always high quality. they have places in San Jose and Palo Alto.

Hey, I was born in Mountain View. Don't know about BBQ there, but there is a great Chinese place http://www.mings.com/ it is in Palo Alto which is not far from Mountain View. Mings has been popular for 40+ years. Gotta have reservations for diner.
