Mother's Day on the grill

its not smoking but it has pork and fire so i snapped a couple pics. these pork steaks were a little over a pound each, i dusted them with adobo seasoning. they were cooked over RO charcoal with some cherry wood thrown in for flavor. i forgot to take a finished pic, they were glazed with Pappy's Smokehouse Sweet Janes sauce.
