Couldnt take it anymore had to try them.

Rubbed down w mustard/pickle juice and deez nuts rub. Smoked on the egg w pecan and cherry chuncks for about 3.5 hours at 225. Wrapped with a blues hog/apple rib candy/apple juice/apple cider vinegar glaze and back on for a couple of hours at 250. Then unwrapped and back on for 20 minutes to firm up. Good stuff. My 11 year old daughter - "we should have these every night".

Nailed it! I am making some this afternoon and a buddy just got me 2 jars of Blues Hog. Belly is always a crowd pleaser!
 
Thanks for sharing the recipe. I snagged one on a hail sale at Costco this weekend. I have never cooked one, but studying up to cook it for the Super Bowl. I thought it would be different than wings, dip, pizza, and whatever else.
 
Your daughter knows what she is talking about cause I want some every night.
