• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I haven't made meatloaf on the grill in ages. After seeing landster's post I dug out some angus beef my buddy raises and mixed a batch up. It's pretty traditional, just beef, panko, onions, bell pepper, tomato sauce and a couple of eggs the hens donated.

I don't put any sauce on mine just on the big Weber with foil that's got some holes poked in it to let the grease drip out.

I'll take the foil off after it cooks for a bit. This is the same recipe my Mom and late wife always made but they always did it in the oven.

Stay tuned!

Niceness! I haven't made one in way too long my dang self!

Marty, if Norm's loaf turns out anything like it looks now, there won't be any leftovers.

Norm, please look at my post in the other meatloaf thread and see if you can give me any tips, thanks, Joe.

Joe yours turned out awesome!

Not anything I could suggest to be honest. Looks like you have me beat in the meatloaf cooking!
