This dinner is because of the BBQ-B and this fourm.
First time cutting ribs K-C style and then foiling. Potatoe slathered in bacon grease then rolled in spices and cooked along with the ribs. Thanks guysit was great. My wife's comment Wow! I didn't have to tear the meat off the bone. :icon_bigsmil:icon_bigsmil

I learned tonight that if you use a rub on baked potatoes, make sure that the rub doesn't have any sugar in it. :wink:
