1 pound of ground beef, one pound of ground pork and a packet of dry onion soup mix. Bacon slices layered on top and cooked in the Memphis Pro until it hit 160 internal.

I also made some roasted redskin potatoes coated with Olive Oil and Todd's Dirt.

Meatloaf and potatoes! Mmmmmmmm!

I do roasted red potatoes a lot myself. I like to step them up a notch by adding some finely diced red oniuon and some bacon bits.

How long did it take you to defrost the pre-made meatballs so they could be formed into a loaf?????

Not many things better than a smoked meatloaf.

It was pretty hot outside so I just left the bag in the sun for a couple of hours. Do you think that was a mistak... Oops. Gotta run!
