hey guys im bbqing for my family reunion this weekend and wanna try moinks. im pretty sure its just frozen Swedish meatballs wrapped in bacon but i dont know what temp and time? any help would be great. I also am doing stuffed chicken breasts and was planning on stuffing them with swiss, bacon and gouda. if you have something else u think i should stuff them with i would love to hear it. Im also doing ABTs and 3 porks butts as well. Well id love ur input
 
MOINK Balls are 100% beef meatballs wrapped in bacon, seasoned, smoked (and sauces if you desire.

Anything else is an imposter.

Sounds like a great feed. My first MOINKS cooked pretty fast. With precooked balls you are judging the bacon wrapping as the balls will be heated plenty
 
My balls usually take about an hour, depending on how high the temp is in the smoker. They are ready just as soon as the bacon gets to the doneness that you like. I usually pull some (half or so) while the bacon is done, but not really crispy - and then pull the rest when their bacon is crispy - that way folks have a choice...
