• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Modification suggestions needed for NB Bandera/BSKD

I've read a lot of references here about modifications to improve the efficiency of the NB Bandera/Brinkmann Smoke King Deluxe. I'm not able to find a specific list of modifications. I recently bought the BSKD and have not even seasoned it yet. I'd like some feedback on modifications current owners felt were necessary to improve this smoker.

Rebel, have you downloaded "Bandera 101" from the home page yet? That's where most of the mods are listed.

Main 2 that I remember are making a baffle & raising the charcoal grate.
