First off, it's not a Klose, it's homemade 1/4". Mid section is 18" x 30". Vertical is 18" x 18" and 32" tall. Would you make an offer?

looks like a BYC. That horizonal is real small. REmember first 8-12 inchs is a hot spot that ya cant cook in unless your going for high heat.

If I am able to get a BYC, how long should the horizontal be? Would the standard 40" be fine? Not sure if I would be able to add many upgrades. I'd like to have the removable baffle though.
