• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I was going to cook some pork spareribs this weekend but the store I buy them from is out until Monday. In the counter they had some nice looking "country style ribs". I have cooked these on the grill before, but I want to smoke these. I have my sister and her family in from out of town and I want to show off my pit so I want to do these right.

I guess my question is about how long should I cook these? I normally cook my spare ribs right around 6 hours at temps ranging from 200-225.

Thanks!!!

Thanks for the link, I did do a search on "country style ribs", but I didn't think to try "country ribs".

I love country style ribs - even though they aren't ribs at all. One of my favorite pork cuts. Cook'em just like regular ribs except they are usually done in 1/2 the time.
