Hey Y'all,

Well let me first start off by saying what a priviledge it is being on this website amongst the "Gods of the Grill!" I would like to thank Scott, sajones97, for luring me into this because I know that I will take smoking to the next level. I use to own a New Braunfels barrel style grill and with what limited knowledge I had, thought I turned out some pretty good eats. Well, I coveted my brothers bandera and went out and bought one myself and with time will hopefully master it. Thanks for having me and I look forward to "chewing the fat," literaly and figuratively!

Thanks for the warm welcome

My family and I live in Kaiserslatuern, Germany, located about 70 miles SSW of Frankfurt. Thanks to Uncle Sam and "Your Donations," we are able to see Europe and spread the good eats to the military and local nationals. I have a ton of questions and have started to piece together my new pit, but for now I think I will pop around and get use to the site. Thanks again for the warm welcome.
