• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Years ago While in route to an Elk Hunt in the La Plata range my hunting partner pulled in to top off the gas tank. I checked the tires on my pop up. One was a little low. He spotted a small canopy with a sign in back of the lot while I added air.
Mutton Stew-Indian Fry Bread read the hand printed sign.. He got that I got what I called a Navajo Burrito. Fry Bread wrapped around fried green Chile and Pinto Bean.
I'm guessing this linked recipe would go great with the meats and veggies cooked on this site.
I slept like a baby that night in a horrific blizard. Partner was up all night.

I make Navajo bread every so often. It's pretty tasty!

Thanks for sharing. I had good fry bread and some not so good. I’ll give it a try.
