Mega Burger

I made some special burgers last night for the wife and me. I started with some homemade Chipolte mayo that was made from my own jalapeno's(good stuff), then some avacado slices, carmalized onions and shiitake mushrooms, one 1/3# ground chuck patty topped with more chipolte and pepper jack cheese then a second 1/3# patty topped with colby and grilled bacon. That was some damn tasty burgers8) but hard to keep together:lol:
