• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Cooked my first meatloaf on the Weber.

Used 2 lbs of butcher ground chuck, 1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage, 2 eggs, 3/4 - 1 cup whole wheat club crackers, 1/2 tsp ground mustard, 1/3 cup wooster, 1 small onion, 1 jalepeno, 1/2 green pepper and 2 sweet peppers, 1 clove garlic, salt and pepper. I think I should have added more peppers.
I put some Feta cheese I needed to use up in the middle.

Cooked on the Performer indirect @ average 350* with a small chunk of apple wood for 1.5 hrs until 165 internal. Used parchment paper over a drip pan, then removed from paper the last 30 mins. (Use a BIG spatula) and the paper will be holding all kinds of hot juice so be careful.
The last 30 mins or so, I hit the top with some Head Country sauce 3 times.

Nice, I like the big chunks of onion and bell pepper on the inside.

Looks very tasty. I need to do a meatloaf soon.

I just showed the pics to a buddy here at work and we are both drooling.

Good looking stuff Mike.
I put sweet potatoes on the smoker, and then scoop out the flesh, mix w/ butter, brown sugar, chipotle and garlic. MMmmm goes really good with the smoked meatloaf.
I'm hungry.

Looks real good! Bet some garlic mashed potatoes and gravey would work too!

It sure would have, BUT my wife has us on a diet  so I can't have any.
My daughter and SIL were supposed to some over and they were going to get mashed taters (and I would have had to have a spoonful) but they were not able to make it  .

Good looking grub Mike. If you like spicy, you should try the Sriracha meatloaf sometime. Good stuff!

I am finding out I don't like it so much. Have to make a special rub for the butt and ribs. This better be good.

And I bet you like mash taters too! I will need to remember that!
