Hey everyone,

I was just curious which portion of the pork butt you probe with the thermometer when checking temperature. If you were looking to use a pork butt sliced would you check the temperature in the money muscle?

If you plan to turn in the money muscle sliced...that's where I'd keep tabs on the temp...the rest could be for chunks and pulled if doing a combo box turn in.
