• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Just got mine in the mail from E-Kitchengadgets, on sale.

The on / off switch on the transmitter is busted. All it does is slide over and spring back. Kinda miffed cuz I waited extra long as they were on back-order for awhile.

Anyone deal with customer service at accu-rite(?) or know anything about the warranty.

Girl on the phone said to send the transmitter with a note and they will replace it in 5-10 days. Somehow that seems too easy and makes me nervous.

That sucks, Pimp but what can ya do? You gotta trust 'em. It's no good to you in that condition. I'm just guessing but would the warranty ever really come into play here? It was damaged goods when ya got it. I've never bought from them but it at least APPEARS that their customer service is going to be decent. I would ask for overnight or second day delivery though. Couldn't hurt to ask. Afterall, you've been waiting for this for quite awhile with the backorder and all.

I've dealt directly with the Maverick customer service folks on several occaisions and they are great.

Glad they are good to deal with... I haven't had any issues with mine.

I was thinkin along the same lines as you though Pimp.... too easy. Let me know if they prove us wrong...
