• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Looks like the perfect meal to me. Very nice Adams!

Ol Wagner #8 was my childhood skillet. A wedding present to my parents in 1954. It's a spinner but I've got her slicker than Vaseline on glass.

I have a buddy at work that has a Wagner. Thing needs a good scrub and bath but I can tell it's slippery than a wet baby.

I'll find on some day - til then I continue to pick up lodge and grind / beat / sand the heck out of them. I have a round griddle that is getting there...maybe another decade and it'll be ok.

Wagner and Griswold are cool for the history. My Lodge pieces cook perfectly. Main thing when buying used is "no spinners". Not that critical on a grate- but mildly irritating on a slick top. We had several houses growing up and the raised electrical coil stovetops did a number in this one. Totally usable though.
The vintage CI are lighter and thinner than lodge, the vintage CI appeal is in their slick factory finish.

Season and use them every chance you get. They are fun to cook with.
