In this case some nice rib-eyes from Costco and some large Idaho russets, served along side a nice roasted garlic loaf(also from Costco).

Smoke, meat, and potatoes??
Oops, I guess I meant 4 Food Groups!:becky: Smoke, Meat, Potato Starches and Bread Starches!:becky: It's important to make the distinction between those 2 starches, except in the case of potato bread where it's 2 for 1.
 
A wise man once said that Man can't live on bread alone... he's got to have something to spend it on! I like the way you spent yours! Nothing beats a good ribeye, except maybe a bone-in ribeye! Good looking grub!
