• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

Gotta use up leftover cheese from my lasagna, so... pepperoni, salami, ham, ollies, and whatever else I can dig out of the fridge crisper. Served with Italian bread, Italian croutons, Italian dressing and Italian wine. An antipasto -

No smokers were injured in the making of this appetizer 😁

Google says, "The 13th century Italian cookbook Liber de Coquina may contain the first written recipe for macaroni and cheese." Does that make it Italian?

The redhead girl has been away doing grandma duty for the past couple of weeks and has been missing Sunday brunch. She got home last night, so today's Sunday brunch is cheesy polenta with baked eggs, crumbled bacon, and crusty toast.

Please consider this my entry. Thought that was self explanatory since it was the only picture I submitted.
Over the years quite a number of people have posted pictures that were not meant to be entries. That's why one of the rules is to specify if it is an official entry.

I had 4 entries in last month's Foods You Love TD. Zero votes. I wish I'd known about this Italian TD being next, as I would have put off my lasagna cook until now. It's tough to compete with pizzas.
