I will post some of granny’s stuff (Momma Gatio) through the year… She came over from the boat and papaw or the Italian stallion (her son / moms husband) still whishes to go back to Italy.

I used to help make meatballs with my grandmother all the time as a kid. By far, the best meatballs I've ever eaten. Still to this day, even using the same ingredients, proportions etc. I still can't make it as good as she does.
