• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

I found a briskie flat in the prime section at Costco last weekend. Looks like it had some of the point attached. Rubbed with Montreal + a light dusting of black ops.

Fired up the M1 and used cherry splits with some apple too. After 3hrs at around 275-300.

Another hr then wrapped. IT was around 175.

Another 1.5hrs or so before removing it.

Sliced, nice and juicy and bark was quite good :thumb:

Chopped up for a sandwich I saw on TV with smoked sausage and pickles

Assembled but for pic purposes only since it was pretty messy

One of my better brisket cooks and the wife really enjoyed it. M1 ran really well, love it

Killer brisky!! Boy, that M1 is a brisket cooking machine! Hoping my M1 ships out tomorrow, with a mid, next week, arrival. Can't wait :)

Nice work! Sammy looks awesome!

Thanks! Next time I may go easier on the smoked sausage :icon_shy

brisket and sandwich looks great, I am liking those m1'S

Yes I love it, especially for a novice to stick burnering like myself. I have to poke and prod the fire a bit and manage my splits but that's part of the fun and satisfying to see the thin blue. It's getting nippier up here in the PNW so it's actually a nice place to hang out

Your cook looks great! Your best success was keeping the Mrs. Happy.

Agree 100% :tape:

Looking forward to your impressions. I think you will love it :thumb:

That pic where you sliced it open - Heavenly! Great job!

Thank you sir, appreciate it
