• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

A friend of mine just returned from a trip to southern New York state. He came back complementing an encounter with a steak marinated in Spiedies marinade. I found it at www.spiedies.com. Any body have any
experience with Spiedies...Should I order???

That stuff sounds interesting. Look forward to getting a report.

Nice looking sammich avatar Bill. Does that also come Adkins style?

Yeah. Eat the meat, cheese, peppers and onions with a fork and trash the bread (I DIDN'T say that, did I?). I've had to start doing that or at least use carb blockers -- I pick my battles!

Chad - do the carb blockers work like TK's fat blocking blue pill?

Bill,
I haven't tried it yet but I will tomorrow night. I am grillin' for my nephew
and the rest of the coaching staff after their game tomorrow at 1:00.
They are in the 3rd round of the state 5A baseball playoffs. My nephew has some of the sauce he ordered and I will get a taste.. I'll let you
know how it is.

Nope! Unlike the fat blockers of TK's Blue Pill fame the carb blockers don't "divert" the offending elements (wasn't that a NICE way of putting that?).

The ones I use are white bean enzyme and do seem to work. They don't help with SUGAR though! So I can have the pie crust - just not the pie filling

Lupos/Spedies: Good stuff!! Got our butts kicked in the state
playoffs, but won big in the back yard with the coaching staff.
These marinades are worth a try.
Bill...incoming....watch your porch!!!

Thanks Mike.

I'm sending you a Chicago something too. Should be at my house in a day or two, and yours shortly after.

Called Hecky's.

Its something brought up north from Mississippi via the Railroad of decades past. I'll be trying for the first time myself, upon receipt.

Greg, some coming your way too if its any good.

Damn, 5 bottles of Lupos marinades and sauce showed up this week.

Can't wait to try it. Gonna need to commandere another shelf in our fridge, or put a fridge in the garage just for my $hit

I got 5 bottles of Lupo's and 2 bottles of Hecky's. The answer
a storage problem is college kids. My daughters boy friend and
two of his frat brothers and I grilled out last night. My last bottle
of Montgomery sauce and my last bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's bit
the dust. Chicken breast, wings, and chicken swirls. Good!!!
Bill,
I hope the storage problem you have is the worst thing that
happens to you this weekend. If you would pick up the pace
eating peanuts, then you might have the space you need.

You want more Montgomery Inn (Cincinnati) sauce Mike? I am picking up 2 cases of it in Indianapolis next month. Phils kids love it.

It is definitely best heated, like the instructions indicate.

Thanks again brother.

Would like to have a bottle.
Hey I tried the Lopos Chicken Marinade this weekend
on some grilled wings. Good Stuff!!
