For those of you on this board who might stumble into Katz's without knowing how to order (and without a local Brethren tagging along) one of the modern wonders of the world, the key is to go to the counter, put a buck in the tip-jar, and tell the counter-man how you want it made. some people claim that the tipping doesn't help, but as they say, it couldn't hurt.
