The guys that work for me really wanted to have some pulled pork for our summer potluck yesterday. I agreed to bring in the pork if they brought the sides.
Smoked up 65lbs of butts and while at it decided to toss in a handful of various sausages (Cajun, brat, Swedish potato) my pork guy has given me in the last couple months. Not wanting to disappoint the guys I also mixed up a tray of the Dr.'s BBQ Beans and tossed in some brisket that was floating around the freezer from the 4th of July party. Two big trays of pork and one of beens served as the main entree for the lunch.
My guys were all impressed and tried their best to finish it all off during the party. I think a bunch of them went and purchased some zip lock containers to take some home but I went home with no leftovers so everything was perfect.
I am going to try and add some pics but not sure if it is going to work.
