Lump from Gordon Food Service

Hey All, just finished my first bag of lump charcoal from GFS Marketplace. I'm really happy with it. Sizes varied, about like Royal Oak. It was totally free of debris and burned very clean. Unfortunately, I don't remember what exactly I paid for it, but it was comparable to RO. I checked the bag from one end to the other, and there is no indication of where it came from. The only disclaimer is that it is rain forest free. Long story short, if you run across it, don't be afraid of it.

It actually is Royal rebranded for GFS. They go about 12 - 14 bucks per bag. I've used it before but it had a good amount of small pieces.

I've bought/used it a few times. Every bag has had either stones, actual tire pieces or insulation in every bag, and lots of small/tiny pieces. My reason for not buying it anymore.

That's my go to lump, I think I've found one stone in it before. Other than that, I've never had an issue with it.
