I was reading a blog about lucilles smokehouse, do they or do they not smoke their meats? The blog stated that they put the meat in an oven then sear them on a grill and smother with sauce. This sounds to me like false advertisement. Can anyone shed some light on lucilles so called smokehouse:biggrin:

If you walk inside the place you'll see the Smoker loaded with meats galore...

Yes the meat is smoked, just not as well as if you did it. Good luck trying to smell smoke on the meat, or even in the air.
