We don't celebrate Thanksgiving but we did have some lephtover turkey. Decided to make some tacos.
While the misses prepped some corn tortillas, I started sauteing some onion in a skillet. Then cut up the turkey breast and added some of our own cajun rub. Brought it all together in the skillet with some chicken stock and let the turkey brown a bit. Served with some sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. Homemade tortillas are AWESOME.
