• xenforo has sucessfully updated our forum software last night. Howevr, that has returned many templates to stock formats which MAY be missing some previous functionality. It has also fixed some boroken templates Ive taken offline. Reat assured, we are working on getting our templates back to normal, but will take a few days. Im working top down, so best bet is to stick with the default templates as I work thru them.

We're cookin up a few things for a catering job.
14 Brisket flats,
10 pork butts.
When we're done with those, then we got 30 slabs of babybacks to throw on!!! What a cookin machine!!!! Goin' all day and night til' there done!

Good to see you on here. I met you at the Eldon wedding last year and then stopped in to see you at the blues,BBQ in Columbia. Sounds like you are loving the Spicewine. Your Q was outstanding at the wedding --many compliments. I think the pics you have one your site under menus
were at that wedding. You had not gotten the spicewine at that time.

I just put on 3 briskets, a 22# turkey, a whole ham and I just sent my brother to Sam's for some Reeebs. Gonna be 60 degrees here tomorrow. Good time to clean the cooker.
 
Make that 3 turkeys a whole pork loin and a roll of deer sausage. Now we're cookin"

s buried in ice right now. The farking ice and snow won't quit. Hoping to move it out onto the sidewalk this weekend and try a cook in it. Scott
 
I'm with you there.

I look at my Spicewine like a functional work of art.

At my house, the Spicewine stays in the garage and the car say in the driveway.

Can't wait to see the pics of the finished product.
 
Setting my Spicewine up so all my wife has to do is light it and shut the door tonight at 12:00 . So when I get home at around 1:20am I will throw on 2 large butts 3 chickens and a couple slabs of spars. The spars are for us and the rest is for a Christmas covered dish at work Friday night. I may do a little bit of pig candy, now that I think of it.
